Sian Ka'an Resindences, Luxury residences in Playacar

Sian Ka'an from the Mayan means the place where
heaven is born. This is the name by which our residential
complex is known.
Our complex is located within a major development known as
PLAYACAR, now in this second phase. This development
includes among other facilities, a professional golf course
by the well-known designer, Von Hague, In the surroundings
you'll find hotels, beach clubs, individual residences, and
condominiums.

Developed by the prestigious architects, Ricardo and Victor
Legorreta, the site has a triangular shape with the golf
course to the east and a street to the west and to the
south. It is composed of 87 residences units divided onto 29
buildings of 3 levels each with one residential unit per
level. The buildings are organized around three common areas
with pools and general facilities forming patios of
different configurations generating spaces thats have
distinct characteristics throughout the complex.
Each building has a unique shape due to the design of
individual lock off master suites. This design allows for
some of the bedrooms to be used as independt modules that
can be rented as separatte units of desired. This feature
creates the unique shape of each building.
The entrance to the complex is through plazas which open in
to an interior street which divides the three clusters and
allows access to the interior units. Parking spaces are
organized along this street and along the exterior street
for the units situated on the exterior of the site. |

Sian Ka'an is
located, within the Mexican South West, near the world
famous Can Cun tourist spot.
About 35 miles south of there, in the middle of the Riviera
Maya region, lay PLAYACAR, where our
complex is build and it is a part of Playa del Carmen known
for its notorious 5th Avenue. Of
course where the most beautiful Caribbean beaches are.
